How can one QR code hold 22 GB?
It doesn't. A QR pixel grid physically stores a few kilobytes. QRVault encodes a secure short URL that opens a bundle in the cloud — the bundle itself can carry up to 22 GB of files, notes, links, and media.
What file types are supported?
Any file type. The AI brain auto-detects audio, video, images, PDFs, code, documents, archives, and executables, and picks the right player or preview automatically.
Are my uploads resumable?
Yes. Large uploads use TUS resumable chunks, so a dropped connection or closed tab won't ruin a 20 GB transfer.
How does password protection work?
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt server-side. Files can only be signed for download after the server verifies the password. Storage policies also block direct object access on protected bundles.
Can bundles expire?
Yes. Set an expiration date per bundle and the share link becomes inaccessible after that time.
What does the AI brain do?
It auto-titles and describes bundles, picks a scan-page layout, transcribes audio and captions video, and lets scanners chat with your bundle content — all opt-in per bundle.
Is it a PWA?
Yes. Add QRVault to your home screen on Android or iOS for a native-feeling app.
